The RMA 1 automatic spray gun is a very compact automatic spray gun with quick-change function.
Thanks to its compact size and low weight, it can be used wherever the coating space is limited and versatile functionality must nevertheless be guaranteed.
The RMA 1 has two separate air ducts that can be controlled via proportional valves during the spraying process.
The versatile XLINE nozzle program makes it possible to atomize almost all media.
Typical areas of use include robot applications or continuous systems.

- Main element and adapter in aluminium (hard-coated) or in stainless steel
- Quick-change function or screwedon adaptation of the spray gun
- Flat jets (XMFR-K, XMFR-MC, XMFR-MF), round jet (XMR-Z) and full-cone rotary jet nozzles (XMRVD) in the sizes 0.2; 0.3; 0.5; 0.65; 0.8; 1.0; 1.2; 1.5; 1.8 and 2.0 mm
- Seals between adapter and automatic spray gun in EPDM (standard) or Viton
- With/without needle stroke adjustment
- Retaining bolt, desinged agains accidentally turning, made of stainless steel, which can be mounted on the right or left side
